Director of Talent Management

Location: We are a Californian company, but for us location is not so relevant, as we believe in the power of distributed teams. 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to coordinate the Human Resources team as a Director of Talent Management. This role reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with the CEO and all managers at the company in recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and building team culture.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design a strong startup culture based on the company mission
  • Design a best-in-class career path for every team member. Work with every manager to improve job ladders and ensure that these are well-communicated. Improve employee clarity on career growth.
  • Lead and design recruiting processes. Develop our hiring brand, sourcing strategy, and recruiting to increase the number of candidates in our pipeline 
  • Coordinate employee development and performance reviews. 
  • Propose tier one benefits packages for our global teams
  • Ensure that all human resources policies and best practices are well-documented and communicated across a global organization.
  • Improve our employee onboarding experience.

You have:

  • Have worked in a senior people role at growth stage startups for 7+ years
  • Dynamic and outgoing
  • Organized and structured
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proactivity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
