We are looking for a high-performing Channel Partner Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by leveraging our network of partners: retailers and soil analysis labs. You will be responsible for defining and building a global partner management program with Marketing, directly managing partners in Northern Europe, and providing support to account managers who manage partners in the rest of world. You will also manage your own accounts in France and UK.
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Define the right Channel Partner Management strategy for Biome Makers. Define the value proposition for partners, the compensation schemes, the contracts, the tools that they will need to be successful.
Work with Marketing to define and follow up on the implementation the on-line tools to distribute content, train, and follow up on the partners sales forces and agronomists-
Train the Biome Makers sales force on how to efficiently use the tools.
Manage channel conflicts.
Build campaigns to develop Partner sales for Marketing to execute.
Manage directly Partners in Northern Europe, achieve the sales target by supporting them in their sales and support activities.
Manage directly all Sales (direct and indirect) in France and UK.
Passion for sales, innovation, agriculture and technology.
Successful previous experience as a Channel Manager.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong business sense, industry expertise, and connections in agri-food business.
Flexibility to travel, as you will be meeting partners and clients.
You are fluent in English and can manage French and/or Spanish.
