Administration Associate

Location: Valladolid, Spain (remote job)

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Finance team as Administration Associate. This role reports directly to the Head of Finance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record purchase and sales invoices
  • Monthly inventory control
  • Project Justification
  • Monthly closing of accounts
  • Asset amortization
  • General Administrative Tasks
  • Attend to Customers/Providers via Email or Phone
  • Claiming of non-payments
  • Performing protocols of action
  • Justification of travel and general expenses
  • Completion of surveys
  • Filing of taxes
  • Coordination with back office
  • ERP control

Job Competencies & Personal Attributes:

  • Degree/Major/Interest in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong proactivity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Mastery of office automation
  • CRMs and ERPs (Netsuite-Oracle)
  • Versatile and highly organized - time management and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills. Skilled at communicating complex technologies
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools fastly
